Kazimir Malevich: teoria e história da arte em montagem
O objeto de análise deste artigo são os diagramas analíticos produzidos pelo artista russo Kazimir Malevich e colaboradores no Instituto de Cultura Artística de Leningrado entre 1924 e 1927. Elaborados em técnica mista sobre papel, seu intuito era acompanhar o artista em uma viagem à Alemanha em 1927. Objetiva-se compreender qual concepção de teoria e história da arte Malevich apresenta nestes diagramas e investigar a forma como a apresenta. Malevich expõe nos diagramas sua teoria do elemento adicional e um ponto de vista peculiar da história da arte influenciado por sua postura vanguardista de rejeição do passado e concepção de tempo como fluxo incessante. Deriva daí uma história da arte vivida, não linear, simultânea e não tautológica, apresentada em montagens visuais que borram as fronteiras entre a pesquisa da história da arte, o desenvolvimento de uma teoria da arte e a elaboração de uma obra artística.

Kazimir Malevich: teoria e história da arte em montagem
The focus of this article is the analytical charts made by the Russian artist Kazimir Malevich and his followers at the Institute of Artistic Culture of Leningrad between 1924 and 1927. Malevich aimed to use the charts as part of his lectures in a trip to Germany in 1927. The objective of this article is to understand what is the conception of theory and history of art presented in these charts and to investigate how Malevich presents this conception in the charts. Malevich presents his theory of the additional element and a peculiar perspective of history of art, deeply influenced by his avant-garde posture in rejecting the past and understanding time as an unceasing flow. Malevich lived his history of art, and presented it as non-linear, simultaneous and non-tautological. His visual montages blurs the boundaries between the research in history of art, the development of a theory of art and the creation of a work of art.
